Steel cut Oats are one of the healthiest cereals you can eat! We will share a recipe here, for either microwave or stovetop:
MICROWAVE 1 – 1 cup serving
½ cup Steel Cut Oats
2 cups water
Dash of salt
Microwave for 18 – 20 mins
Watch so it doesn’t boil over
Make in a deep casserole dish
STOVE TOP
6 – 1 cup servings
1 ½ cups Steel Cut Oats
6 cups water
Dash of salt
Simmer for 50 mins on low heat
Stir often, partially cover
