Merckens Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers (per lb.)

Merckens Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers are in approx. 1.25 lb. size package and approx. 2-3 lb. package. Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat candy wafers at 30% power for 5-minute intervals until wafers are melted. Make sure to stir in between each 5-minute round in the microwave. This chocolate burns easily. If you are melting a large quantity of Chocolate Wafers, use the crock pot and turn it on low, stirring every 20 minutes.  This chocolate is very popular and can also be used as a dipping chocolate.
